Who is MobileNHS? Also known as MobileNHS, we are a small boutique healthcare agency, dedicated to providing the best in-home mobile nursing, caregiver, community support and cleaning services in Perth, Western Australia.

We are a private fee paying service. Our NDIS and Aged Care Provider Applications are currently pending.

At Mobile Nursing and Health Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate nursing services that are tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our team of skilled professionals are dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes or while on-the-go.​

Our staff have strong backgrounds in critical care nursing, emergency care nursing, wound management, complex wound management (e.g. diabetes, colorectal, stoma), medical nursing, respiratory nursing and post-operative nursing.

 

But it does not end there! We are a family owned business operating in Perth, Western Australia, with siblings as nurses and extended family members in caregiver roles. We take holistic care and value for money very seriously and we look forward to you trying our services for the first time.

Where are you located? We are located in the area of Cannington and Bibra Lake, Perth, Western Australia.

What services do you offer? Please head on over to our "Services" page to see what we have to offer you. We can help clean your home, provide wound management, medication management, chronic disease support, IV care, catheter and ostomy care. 

What is your business background? Mobile Nursing and Home Services is a family owned business located in Perth, Western Australia. It comprises a Registered Nurse with a background in medical, emergency and critical care and an Enrolled Nurse with a background in ward based care. Both still work in major Perth hospitals part time to ensure their soundness in medical care and best practice. They take holistic nursing and safe informed care very seriously and wish to provide a service that leaves our patient's and clients more gratified with their physical and mental health. 

Do you service north of Perth? No we only cover the central and southern areas of Perth. We will be expanding to cover other regions outside of the Perth metro area. Please come back and visit us soon.

How big is your business? We are a small boutique agency with only a few staff.

Are you an NDIS provider? No we are not a provider, however, we are in the application process, so please come back and visit us soon.

Are you an Aged Care provider? Our Aged Care provider application is currently pending.

Do you look after dialysis in the home? No.

Do you do complex wound care? Yes that is one of our specialties.

Do you do health assessments? Yes we do chronic and acute health assessments. If we find when attending the patient that they are not well enough to be cared for at home, we immediately arrange passage to the nearest emergency department or urgent care practice.

How do you charge? We charge for the first hour, which must be paid for at the time of booking. Should that hour continue into two or three hours, then the patient will be invoiced for the remaining cost accumulated. We charge the same amount each hour no matter what day of the week. We do not add a loading on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.

Do you have payment plans? Yes if you purchase our services through PayPal you can take advantage of their Buy Now, Pay Later Plan.

What are your policies? Please view our policies here.

What are your purchase and cancellation policies? These can be viewed during the purchasing process.

What checks do you do on your staff? We check and question credentials, education, social media screening, online history, reference checks, driving record history, and drug screening.

Will I have the same nurse or caregiver each time? 99% of the time you will have the same caregiver.

What reasons can you cancel your service on a patient? Poor treatment of our staff (physical or verbal abuse), our staff deem your location as unsafe to their physical or mental well-being or you have a proven track record of not being about to fund the service. If we have to cancel due to sick staff or an administrative reason, you will be refunded immediately.  

Is your service for the elderly only? We prefer to call them older adults and yes we look after younger generations, post-operative patients, patients having chemotherapy, health assessments and wound management. Plus much more!

Do you provide the government's Home Care Packages? No, however, we are in the application process for this and we would like to invite you back in a couple of months when we are registered providers.

Are your fees covered by government or private insurers? No, we are a private agency and you cannot get a subsidy from the government or your private insurer for our services. We are currently applying for various provider status' and invite you to return to our website in a couple of months to use these services again.

Can I call you anytime? You can use our "Contact" form on our website, which is monitored from 8:00am to 7:30pm, 7 days a week.

How much do your services cost? Head on over to our booking page and you will see the prices there.

Are you approved by the Aged Care Commission? An organisation does not need to be approved by the Commission to provide services for older Australians under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

and the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program and we do not supply these programs to our clients.
